The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out the door. Dining table has seating for 8 and counter seating for 4.

Local 7 day/365 Welcome Center with guest services staff available 24 hrs. Windsor Hills is a gated, exclusive resort.

✅If you have visiting guest that you would like to have come visit, please email homeowner ASAP. If visiting guests meet criteria of what is allowed, they will be granted front gate access for allowed day. Guest will not be able to enter into Windsor Hills without being granted access by owner.

Clubhouse facilities are free to use for guests residing at the property. Wristbands should be collected at the clubhouse to use the facilities, maximum 8 wristbands are allowed for each reservation.

🚘Getting Around: Taxi, Uber(etc.) NO shuttle is available Parking: No more than 3 cars are allowed at the villa. If you are bringing in RV or other large vehicles, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.

Linen, Bath/Pool towels provided at no extra charge during your stay (limited number of washcloths are provided per stay due to sanitary purposes, please consider bringing your own)

This property requires a $400.00 refundable Security deposit. It will be collected separately 3 days before check-in and refunded 7 days after check-out unless contacted.

There are outdoor security cameras at the property.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
